Decaffeinated Coffee is kind of like kissing your sister

the World Barista Championship ( well maybe he was just beeing friendly, but I was flirting) .

Aubergine Caviar

I've recently tried making Aubergine Caviar ( aubergines being what Americans call eggplants). Pardon, I didn't mean recently because I made this last year , but it's been forever that I've been trying to share this recipe with all my darling readers. In the video for this recipe he (Mr.Ramsay)  makes them as an accompaniment to toasted slices of bread. In my case I used mixed greens and delicious organic tomatoes from my garden (tomatoes cultivated by my father owner of a useful green thumb).
