2006 was such a great year in fashion before the recession, there was  Marie Antoinette overload, the year I was finally allowed to read Vogue (details which I will fill in after).

And Giovanna Battaglia strutting in  one of the most fabulous Dolce and Gabbana collections ever (inspired by Empress Josephine Beauharnais - the empire strikes back!) Fantastique!
